摘要
为实现风洞旋转天平试验全自动化流程,提高试验效率,同时保证试验数据采集精度与同步性,设计了电机减速器驱动的试验控制形式,将天平数据信号及电机驱动线路通过滑环方式引入系统外部,通过FPGA高精度时钟信号触发,实现运动与采集同步。以LabVIEW平台设计了全自动试验软件,提供了风洞旋转天平试验全自动化流程解决方案。
In order to realize the fully automatic test efficiency, while ensuring the accuracy and driven by motor reducer was designed. The data process of the wind tunnel rotary balance test and improve the synchronization of the test data collected, a test control mode signals of the balance and the motor drive circuit were extrac- ted from the system through the slip ring. Triggered by the FPGA high-precision clock signal, the synchroniza- tion of the movement and acquisition was realized. LabVIEW platform was used to design a fully automatic test software which provides a completely automatic process solution for wind tunnel rotary balance testing.
