摘要
针对工业振动信号的同步采集需求,提出一种基于IEEEl588协议和以太网技术的分布式数据采集系统。分析了IEEEl588协议的同步过程,提出了基于TIDM8148处理器硬件设计和软件实现方法,在此基础上完成了分布式振动信号采集平台,并对同步采集结果进行了分析。结果表明,该方法切实可行,同步精度最高可达20ns范围,20kHz频率正弦波采样信号相位差为0.6°以内,对IEEEl588协议在噪声和振动信号测量领域的应用具有重要意义。
A distributed noise & vibration measurement method based on IEEE1588 precise time protocol and Ethernet technology is proposed for solving synchronous problem in distributed control and measurement sys- tem. The synchronization process of IEEE1588 protocol is analyzed. The hardware design and software imple- mentation methods based on TI DM8148 processor are proposed. On this basis, the distributed vibration signal acquisition platform is completed and the synchronous acquisition results are analyzed. The test results show that the synchronization accuracy is less than 20 ns, the phase difference of the 20 kHz frequency sine wave sampling signal is less than 0.6 degree. The method is a practical solution to synchronous problem, which may play an important role on utilization of IEEE1588.
