摘要
在飞机操纵系统地面试验中,针对飞机驾驶舱里安装角位移传感器直接测量驾驶杆、驾驶盘、脚蹬偏转角度的技术难点,研究设计出一套通过安装拉线式位移传感器来分别测量驾驶杆、驾驶盘、脚蹬偏转角度的新方法,解决了飞机驾驶杆、驾驶盘、脚蹬偏转角度测量的技术难题。试验证明其测量精度完全能满足飞机测试任务要求,同时该技术也可用于飞机操纵系统摇臂或舵面偏转角度的测量。
In the ground test of aircraft control system, in order to solve the technical difficulties of directly measuring the the driving rod, steering wheel, and pedal deflection angles by installing the angular displace- ment sensor in the cockpit of the aircraft, a new method was developed to measure the deflection angles of the driving rod, steering wheel and peda respectively by installing the guyed displacement sensor, which solved the technical problems of aircraft control driving rod, steering wheel and pedal deflection angles measurement. The test proves that the measurement accuracy can fully meet the requirements of the aircraft test tasks, and the technology can also be used to measure the deflection angle of the rocker arm or the rudder surface of the air- craft control system.
