摘要
依据飞行试验测试任务的需求,使用通用采集器MPX770数据采集器搭建飞控系统数字总线测试系统,并通过对飞控系统非标总线(数字总线)的接口特性和数据传输形式详细分析,提出一种降帧处理高速总线数据的策略,将飞控系统的高速总线数据经格式转换以间隔数据帧发送方式降低发送速率使之与MPX770-0460现有测试设备匹配,研制开发了飞控调节器,并且将其纳入主测试系统,在铁鸟试验台实现飞控测试接口与采集器之间的交联试验。试验结果满足数据实时遥测和飞行事后分析两方面需求,保障试飞项目顺利进行。
According to the requirements of flight test task, the digital bus test system of flight control system was set up by using the generic collector MPX770 data collector, and the interface features and data transmis- sion form of non-standard bus ( digital bus) of flight control system were analyzed detailed. A strategy to deal with high-speed bus data with frame dropping was put forward. The high-speed bus data of the flight control system were transmitted to the existing MPX770-0460 test equipment by converting the format to a lower data frame interval. The flight control regulator was developed and included in the main test system to implement the cross linking between the flight control test interface and the collector in iron bird test-bed. The test results meet the requirements of both real-time telemetry of data and post-flight analysis, and ensure smooth flight test.
