摘要
六自由度平台作为飞行模拟器的重要组成部分,其驱动效果直接影响飞行模拟器的动态效果,尤其在通用航空领域开放后,如何针对不同模拟器对六自由度平台的驱动进行设计成为航空企业需要考虑的问题。首先介绍了六自由度平台的位置解析和控制原理,接着重点介绍了基于外部数据激励的六自由度底层实时驱动的方案设计与实现;最后对该平台的运行进行数据采集与分析,验证了该方案具有较好的实时性和连续性。
As an important part of the flight simulator, the six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) platform driving effect directly affects the dynamic effects of the flight simulator. Especially after the opening of the general avia- tion field, how to innovate the design of the simulator to make ordinary users close to and feel the charm of avi- ation is a problem for aviation companies. Firstly, the position analysis and control principle of the six-DOF platform are introduced. Then, the design and implementation of the 6-DOF underlying real-time drive based on external data excitation are introduced. Finally, through the data collection and analysis of the operation of the platform, it is verified that the scheme has good real-time and continuity and meets the linkage requirements.
