摘要
某型发动机在地面台架完成多次起动试验后,其直流起动发电机出现了弹性轴断裂的故障。根据该起动发电机的工作原理,对试验数据进行了分析,确定了故障发生时机,并进一步建立故障树,采用理化分析、仿真计算、强度校核等方法对该故障原因进行了分析,定位了故障原因,针对故障原因制定了改进措施,并完成了验证。
The elastic shaft of the direct current starter generator was found to be fractured after several times of starting of the engine. According to the working principle of the starting generator, the test data was analyzed, the timing of the fault was determined, and the fault tree was further established. After that, the causes of the fault were found out through physical and chemical analysis and simulation calculation and intensity check. Fi- nally, some improvements were made to the starter generator and a complete verification was carried out.
