摘要
针对发动机在大转速状态出现的燃油系统供油流量异常故障进行了分析、排查,确定故障原因为燃油调节器齿轮泵径向间隙偏大,大状态时浮动支座偏摆,造成齿轮泵后燃油大量泄漏。提出了采用加严控制齿轮齿顶圆与齿轮腔的间隙、浮动支座端面与齿轮泵壳体端面轴向间隙等改进措施。经验证表明,改进措施有效。

The The abnormity of fuel supply flow of an aeroengine fuel system in big state was analyzed and investi- cause of the fault was determined by the fact that a large amount of fuel leakage after the gear pump may be resulted from the swinging of the floating support like the large radial clearance of gear pump, especial- ly in big state. The improvement measures were put forward, such as strictly controlling the radial clearance be- tween the top circle and the gear cavity of gear pump, and strictly controlling the axial clearance between the end face of the floating support and the gear pump housing. The verification shows that the improvement meas- ures are effective.
