摘要
为改善某设备的振动环境,在设备安装结构上尝试增加了橡胶一毛毡、毛毡一毛毡等弹性材料组合装置进行减振特性研究。以几种组合材料减振装置为研究对象,运用地面振动试验台优选与飞行实测验证相结合的试验方法,对弹性组合材料减振装置在振动工况下的减振特性进行了研究,得出:在设备模拟质量块不变的情况下,随着材料厚度的增加,橡胶一毛毡组合材料的减振效果明显提高,而毛毡一毛毡组合材料减振效果没有明显提高。从工程实际应用角度进行优化处理后,设备安装结构决定采用3.0mm硅橡胶和3.0mm细毛毡组合材料的减振装置。研究成果为类似技术问题的解决提供数据支持和工程借鉴。
In order to improve the vibration environment of a certain epuipment, a vibration absorber of rubber- felt or composite material is tentatively added to the installation structure. Several kinds of composite material vibration absorbers were taken as the research objects, the damping characteristics of the composite material vi- bration absorbers under vibration conditions were studied by using the combining test method of the ground vi- bration test rig and the flight measurement verification. It is concluded that the damping effect of the rubber-feh composite material is obviously improved with the increase of material thickness in the case of analog mass blocks unchanged, but the felt-felt composite material is not obviously improved. Thronth the optimization of the practical application, the vibration damping device of 3.0 mm rubber - 3.00mm felt composite material is de- termined to be added to the installation structure. The research results provide data support and engineering reference for solving similar technical problems.
