摘要
随着器件封装工艺的发展,越来越多的低密度水汽渗透率的塑封材料器件大量使用,使得潮湿敏感器件(MSD)可靠性控制技术面临巨大挑战。通过介绍潮湿敏感器件的发展趋势和原理,为产品用潮湿敏感器件提高可靠性给出一些建议。
With the development of device packaging technology, meability plastic packaging materials are used in large quantities, liability control technology face e MSD, some suggestions are given more and more low-density water vapor per- making normous challenges.
