摘要
针对ER70S-6焊丝的使用特征要求,提出了焊丝钢炼钢生产关键控制技术,主要是转炉终点控制、脱氧合金化工艺、精炼渣系控制以及连铸无缺陷铸坯生产。通过该技术的应用,开发出了质量合格的ER70S-6铸坯。
The key steelmaking technologies of ER70 S-6 welding steel billet were proposed according to its application requirements.The billets with high quality were produced by operational practices such as end point control of BOF,deoxidation and alloying management,control of refining slag and non-defect continuous casting billet production technology.
