The problems encountered in the operation of fan-shaped section rollers of the bloom caster in Pangang vanadium steelmaking plant are discussed.After many measurements and design calculations have been carried out,the problem of low life of the fan parts roller spare parts were solved by making an innovative design and experiment on the structure of the fan section roller,which gains great economic benefits.
