摘要
以乙烯为原料,选用LHPEC-1催化剂,采用淤浆法制备出超高相对分子质量聚乙烯管材专用料(牌号为UH-PE 2000)。结果表明:在小试中,LHPEC-1催化剂的聚合活性较高,制备的UHPE 2000黏均相对分子质量为(200~300)×104,堆密度高于0. 38 g/cm3。中试制备的UH-PE 2000黏均相对分子质量为(230~260)×104,堆密度达到0. 40 g/cm3以上,拉伸强度平均值为28. 8 MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度最高可达到85 k J/m2。在工业生产中,装置运行平稳,反应温度可控;产品性能良好,颗粒较为均匀;由UH-PE 2000加工的管材各项性能均可满足设计要求。
The ultra high relative molecular mass polyethylene pipe special material (UH -PE 2000 ) was prepared by the slurry process with ethylene as raw material and LHPEC - 1 catalyst. The results showed that in the small test, the activity of LHPEC -1 catalyst was relatively high,viscosity av- erage relative molecular mass of the prepared UH - PE 2000 was (200 - 300) x 10^4, and bulk density was higher than 0.38 g/cm3. The viscosity average relative molecular mass of UH - PE 2000 produced in a pilot plant was (230 - 260) x 10^4, and bulk density was more than O. 40 g/cm3, average tensilestrength was 28. B MPa, and notch impact strength of the cantilever beam reached 85 kJ/m2. In trial pro- duction, the device ran smoothly, the reaction tem- perature was controllable; the product performance was better, and particles were more uniform; the properties of pipes processed by UH -PE 2000 could reach the requirements of design.
