高原低氧环境复合健身运动对中年人血液HIF-1α、EPO、VEGF水平变化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用实验法、数理统计法,探讨高原低氧环境下复合健身运动对中年人身体适应的变化影响。研究结果显示:(1)EPO除平原女子组持续下降以外,其余各组均表现为上升趋势;(2)VEGF高原和平原男女组表现了不同变化趋势,即男子组均表现为下降趋势,女子组均表现为升高趋势,且女子平原组升高明显;(3)HIF-1α除女子平原组在高原第3周上升外,其余各组均有下降趋势,男女对照组HIF-1α、EPO、VEGF变化不明显。结论:高原低氧复合健身运动双重负荷刺激起到了激活生理功能的作用,且在高原低氧复合健身运动后EPO和VEGF增加能很好地促进低氧习服,提高有氧能力,利于改善心肺功能,对促进身体健康有积极作用。 With the research methods of experiment and statistics, the paper discusses the effect of integral fitness practice in continental plateau hypoxia environment on body adjustment of the middle-aged. The research shows that (1) except for the continuous decline of the female subgroup in the plain, the other groups showed an upward trend, and (2) the VEGF plateau and the plain showed different trends of change, that is, the male groups showed a downward trend. (3) except for the women's plain group, there was a downward trend in the other groups except the female plain group in the 3rd week of plateau, and the HIF 1α and VE in the male and female control groups were decreased. Conclusion: the double load stimulation of continental plateau hypoxia combined exercise can activate physiological function, and the increase of EPO and VEGF after continental plateau hypoxia exercise can promote hypoxia acclimatization, improve aerobic capacity and improve cardiopulmonary function. It plays a positive role in promoting health.
