摘要
基于造影图像序列的血管减影增强技术能够有效地去除图像中大部分非血管结构、成像噪声以及不同结构运动所造成的运动伪影,对实现血管结构识别,提高血管的对比度,并对后续血管结构的分析和医生对疾病的诊疗具有重要意义;同时,该技术可减少对病人的造影剂注射量,具有重要的临床意义。本文基于单视角血管造影图像序列,从血管造影图像减影技术的基本原理,包括基于图像配准和基于层分解的两类减影方法出发,介绍了每个关键步骤的发展现状。同时对血管减影技术的难点进行分析,并对减影增强技术未来的发展趋势予以展望。
In the angiographic image sequence, digital vessel subtraction and enhancement can etfectively remove the motion artefacts that are caused by non-vascular structure, imaging noises and multiple structure motion. It is of great significance to recognize the vascular structures, improve the vascular contrast, accurately analyze the information of vascular structure and even assist the clinician to diagnosis and treat coronary artery disease. Meanwhile, the technology has great clinical values to reduce the contrast dosage. In this paper, based on the principal of digital vessel subtraction including the image registration and layer separation techniques, we review the state-of-the-art development of each critical steps of the subtraction based on the mono- plane angiographic image sequences. Meanwhile, the main difficulties of digital vessel subtraction are studied thoroughly. And the challenges are summarized and prospects of the technique are made.
