摘要
锥形束CT是一种相对较新的影像学检查方法。与传统CT相比,锥形束具有空间分辨率高、辐射剂量低、金属伪影小等优势,除了广泛应用于口腔颌面部成像之外,在颞骨的应用亦逐步开展。本文对锥形束CT在颞骨影像方面的研究应用进行综述,重点阐述锥形束CT相对于传统CT的优势及其在颞骨精细影像诊断方面的应用发展。
Cone-beam CT is a recent developed imaging technology. Compared with traditional CT, the advantages of CBCT instruments are their high spatial resolution, low radiation exposure, and fewer metallic artifacts. CBCT has been gradually introduced into oral and maxillofacial imaging, and the application in the temporal bone imaging is also gradually developed. Here, the technologies of CBCT and the researches of CBCT in temporal bone imaging were reviewed, with particular emphasis on the advantages of CBCT and the development in detailed imaging of temporal bone.
