心电图ST-T段动态变化结合超声心动图诊断早期心尖肥厚型心肌病一例 被引量：3

摘要 1 临床资料患者男，64岁，因“发现心电图ST—T段改变7个月余”，于2016年7月20日就诊于复旦大学附属中山医院心内科。患者于2015年12月2日外院查心电图提示窦性心律，房性期前收缩。（频发）室性期前收缩，V5、V6 导联ST段压低伴T波浅倒置。
