基于新工科建设理念 轻工类专业一体化实践教学的思考——以天津科技大学轻工特色专业为例 被引量:6

摘要 以传统轻工类专业转型升级为目标,分析了轻工行业和专业现状,对比了本科专业目录类别变化特点,紧扣"新工科"建设理念,提出了"大轻工""大食品"的概念及其对专业辐射、特色传承的作用。通过《国家标准》,结合所承担的教育部"新工科"研究与实践项目,以天津科技大学为例,提出了轻工类专业一体化实践教学的架构和质量文化建设的思路,借鉴企业的产品、体系、安全三者并行的管理措施,强调了在一体化中做好教学风险评估、注重安全文化是质量文化的基础。对一体化实践教学体系进行了可行性研究与实践,并总结了阶段性、局部性成果。 Aimed at the transformation and upgrading of traditional light industry specialty, this paper analyzes the present situation of light industry and university specialty, compares the characteristics of undergraduate specialty programs, and then, focusing on the construction idea of "new engineering courses", puts forward the concept of "big light industry" and "big food" and its function in professional radiation and characteristic inheritance. Based on the New Engineering Subjects, our research project from the Ministry of Education, taking Tianjin University of Science and Technology as an example, a framework combining practice teaching of light industry specialty and the concepts of quality culture construction was put forward, in which teaching risk assessment was also emphasized. After feasibility studies, the integrated practice teaching system was implemented and phased and local results are summarized in the paper.
