少数民族免费师范生的职前培养研究——基于熟手教师的视角 被引量:1

摘要 2007年国家实行少数民族地区免费师范生政策,为我国少数民族教育事业的发展带来了新机遇,但在少数民族免费师范生培养方面也存在诸多问题和挑战。师范类高校要做好少数民族免费师范生教育,需要创新教育理念、改变传统的教育模式,从培养"民汉兼通"的双语教师、培养学生的实践教学能力、提升职业认同感、加强心理疏导并建立合理淘汰及退出机制几个方面做好教育工作,以便更好地为少数民族地区培养更多优秀的教育骨干! Since 2007, our country has been carrying out the policy that minority students could get normal education without charge, which has brought about new opportunities for the cause of minority education. To help improve those students' pre-service education, normal universities should change their traditional educational model and ideas. They can train more excellent minority teachers by developing the students ' bilingual competence, cultivating their practical teaching skills, improving their professional identity, enhancing their psychological counseling abilities and establishing elimination and exit mechanisms.
