槽楔用CuNiCrBeTi铜合金的热处理工艺及其组织与性能 被引量:1

Heat treatment process of slot wedge CuNiCrBeTi alloy and its microstructure and mechanical properties

摘要 对槽楔CuNiCrBeTi合金开展了大量系统的热处理试验,研究其强化工艺。研究表明,该CuNiCrBeTi合金经950℃×1.5 h固溶+25%的冷变形+520℃×2 h时效处理后,其硬度可达到244 HBS、导电率47.23%IACS,室温下抗拉强度Rm=775 MPa,规定塑性延伸强度R(p0.2)=678 MPa,伸长率A5=18%,均达到了槽楔对材料的技术指标要求。 Systematic heat treatments were carried out for slot wedge CuNiCrBeTi alloy to study its strengthening process.The results show that after solution treatment at 950℃ for 1.5 h,then 25% cold working and aged at 520℃ for 2 h,the hardness of the alloy is 244 HBS,the conductivity is 47.23% IACS,the ultimate strength Rm is 775 MPa,the proof strength R(P〈0.2)is 678 MPa,and the elongation A5 is 18%,which meet the technical requirements of the slot wedge.
