摘要
将10钢(AISI 1010)在1200℃奥氏体化5 min后快速冷却(冰水淬火),对其进行多道次冷轧变形,研究淬火低碳马氏体性能以及马氏体的形变再强化规律。试验结果表明,通过试验数据拟合得到了(超)低碳钢马氏体组织的淬火硬度计算公式;在变形初期(压下量小于30%),铁素体随着冷轧变形量的增加硬度急剧增大,而低碳马氏体的形变再强化效果相对较弱;未经冷轧变形的低碳马氏体的极限强度计算值与试验值基本一致,随着变形量的增加,计算值与试验值之间的误差逐渐增大。
10 steel (AISI 1010) was austenitized at 1200 ℃ for 5 min followed by rapidly ice water quenching to get the martensite microstructure,and then cold-rolled by different in thickness in multi-pass to study the behavior of quenched low-carbon martensite and the work hardening of martensite. The experimental results show that the as-quenched hardness calculation formula of low-carbon steel and ultralow-carbon steel is obtained by fitting the experimental data. In the initial stage of deformation (the cold-rolling reduction is less than 30%),the hardness of ferrite increases sharply with the increase of cold-rolling deformation,but the work hardening effect of low-carbon martensite is relatively weak. The calculated value of the ultimate strength is close to the experimental value of low-carbon martensitic without cold-rolling deformation. With the increase of cold-rolling deformation,the error increases gradually.
