摘要
新时代,关于我国中等职业教育发展的几个核心问题引起热议,亟待澄清误解。在走向工业4.0过程中,中等职业教育仍有存在价值,并不会濒临消亡,而是将破茧重生;在升学热潮愈演愈烈之下,中等职业教育必须改变单一的就业导向指导方针,做到就业导向与生涯导向协调共生;在教学工作诊断与改进过程中,必须摒弃传统的评估思路,明确内部质量保障体系建设的目标;为了实现普及高中阶段教育的目标,中等职业教育必须扮演主角而非配角;在走向教育2030过程中,传统的学校职业教育办学模式将会面临更大挑战,中等职业学校将变成服务社会的学习平台。
In the new era, several core issues concerning the development of secondary vocational education in China have aroused heated debate and need to be clarified. In the process of moving toward the fourth industrial revolution, secondary vocational education still has the value of existence, and it will not be on the verge of extinction but get a rebirth. With the trend of pursuing higher education, secondary vocational education must change its single employment-oriented guideline, and try to achieve the coordination of employment-orientation and career-orientation. In the process of teaching work diagnosis and improvement, we must abandon the traditional concept of assessment and clear the goal of building the internal quality assurance system. In order to achieve the goal of popularizing upper secondary education,secondary vocational education must play a leading role rather than a supporting role. With Education 2030 coming, the traditional school model of running vocational education will face more and more challenges, and secondary vocational schools may become learning platforms for the whole society.
