摘要
高校创业教育外部生态在整个系统中发挥支撑性作用,包含政府政策、科技发展、经济活跃、协作网络、社会文化等多种生态因子。基于政治因素、创业成效因素、科技支撑因素、经济及市场因素、高等教育因素等指标,文章对"一带一路"国家创业教育外部生态进行科学评估和比较,归纳了五种高校创业教育外部生态发展模式。推动与"一带一路"国家的创业教育合作应在客观认知"一带一路"国家创业教育外部生态发展特征的基础上,制订分类合作策略,强化重点领域导向路径,构筑可持续的合作平台。
External ecosystem of university entrepreneurship education plays the supporting role, including factors like government policies, science and technology development, economic vitality, collaborative network and social culture, etc. Based on the elements of politics, entrepreneurial success, science and technology support, economic and market, higher education, this paper evaluates and compares the external ecosystem of the countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. Five models are concluded for implications about entrepreneurship education cooperation, as the significant way of people-to-people exchanges. Promoting cooperation with entrepreneurship education in the Belt and Road countries is an important way to promote the communication between the people. Based on objectively recognizing the characteristics of the external ecological development of the Belt and Road country's entrepreneurship education, we should formulate cooperation strategies and paths to effectively promote China and the Belt and Road country to do the cooperation in the entrepreneurship education.
