摘要
当前我国高校创业教育组织在运作过程中面临着诸多困境与挑战,诸如组织目标与定位单一化、治理机制絮乱化、运行机制趋同化、外部联系松散化。通过对美国12所大学创业中心负责人进行深度访谈,进而分析这些创业中心的目标定位、治理机制、课程体系等要素和特征,得出某些经验与启示,希冀我国高校创业教育组织未来发展中能设置包容性的组织目标、成立基于咨询委员会的组织治理机制、构建基于高校层面的创业教育组织运行以及运用体验式组织教学方式。
At present, the entrepreneurial education organizations in colleges are facing many difficulties and challenges, such as the simplification of organizational objectives and positioning, the chaos of governance mechanisms, the assimilation of operational mechanisms, and the loosening of external connections. Through the in-depth interview with the principals of the entrepreneurship centers of 12 American universities, and then analyzing the target orientation, governance mechanism, curriculum system and other elements and characteristics of these entrepreneurial centers, some experiences and revelations are obtained. In the future, we can set up an inclusive organizational goal, set up an organizational governance mechanism based on advisory committees, and set up an organization for entrepreneurship education based on the level of colleges and universities, and we can use the experiential organizational teaching methods.
