强骨胶囊联合维D_2磷葡钙片治疗老年性骨质疏松症50例总结

Clinical effect of Qianggu capsules combined with vitamin D_2,calcium hydrophosphate,and calcium gluconate tablets in treatment of senile osteoporosis:An analysis of 50 cases

目的:观察强骨胶囊联合维D_2磷葡钙片治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取老年性骨质疏松症患者100例,随机分为2组各50例,对照组单用维D_2磷葡钙片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服强骨胶囊治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的右股骨颈骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢指标的变化情况。结果:2组BMD、骨代谢各项指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗过程中2组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:强骨胶囊联合维D_2磷葡钙片治疗老年性骨质疏松症可增加BMD及改善骨代谢指标。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Qianggu capsules combined with vitamin D2,calcium hydrophosphate,and calcium gluconate tablets in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods：A total of 100 patients with senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given vitamin D2,calcium hydrophosphate,and calcium gluconate tablets alone,and those in the treatment group were given Qianggu capsules in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in bone mineral density（ BMD） of the right femoral neck and bone metabolism indices after treatment. Results： Both groups had significant changes in BMD and bone metabolism indices after treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0. 05）.No serious adverse events were observed during treatment. Conclusion：In the treatment of senile osteoporosis,Qianggu capsules combined with vitamin D2,calcium hydrophosphate,and calcium gluconate tablets can increase BMD and improve bone metabolism indices.
