终丝室管膜瘤^18F－FDG PET/CT显像一例 被引量：1

18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in a case of ilium terminale ependymoma

摘要 患者女，45岁，于2016年4月在当地医院常规体检时，经妇科B超发现左侧附件包块，考虑卵巢肿瘤。遂于当地医院住院，拟行手术治疗。术前CT扫描示：骶骨呈膨胀性改变，境界欠清晰，不均匀强化。为进一步诊治来本院就诊，门诊拟诊＂骶骨占位＂收住骨科。体格检查：体温36.5 ℃ ，心率80次/min,呼吸18次/min ，血压147/102 mmHg（1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa）；脊柱无畸形，生理弯曲存在，腰骶部皮肤完整，未见明显破溃及窦道。
