PVA-SbQ/MMT复合纳米纤维膜的制备及表征

摘要 以聚乙烯醇-苯乙烯基吡啶盐缩合物(PVA-SbQ)和不同质量比例(0, 0.5%, 1%和2%)的蒙脱土(MMT)为原料,通过高压静电纺丝制得PVA-SbQ/MMT复合纳米纤维膜。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)等,对光交联前后及添加MMT前后复合纳米纤维膜的粒径分布、微观形貌、基本结构及热稳定性能等性质进行了分析。结果表明, PVA-SbQ和MMT两种材料成功发生了共混, MMT被较好地包埋在聚合物纤维载体中, PVA-SbQ/MMT复合纳米纤维膜有一定的光敏性,能够在紫外诱导下发生交联,使网络结构更加密实。MMT的加入使复合纳米纤维的平均直径变粗,且热稳定性能得到一定的提高。制备所得的复合纳米纤维膜在食品包装领域有一定的应用潜力。 PVA-SbQ/MMT composite nanofiber films were prepared from polyvinyl alcohol bearing styrylpyridinium group(PVA-SbQ) spinning solution containing montmorillonite(MMT) with different ratios(0, 0.5%, 1% and 2%) by high-voltage electrospinning. The properties of the diameter distribution, microscopic morphology, basic structure and thermal stability properties etc. of the composite nanofiber membrane before and after photocrosslinking and before and after adding MMT were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The results showed that the two materials were successfully blended, and the MMT was well embedded in the polymer fiber carrier. The PVA-SbQ/MMT composite nanofiber films had certain photosensitivity and could be crosslinked under UV induction, making the network structure more secure. The addition of MMT made the average diameter of the composite nanofibers thicker, and the thermal stability was improved. The prepared composite nanofiber films can be applied in the field of food packaging.
