摘要
研究了几种大孔树脂对灵芝发酵液正丁醇萃取相(GLCB)的分离作用。结果表明:HPD400对GLCB具有分离和纯化的作用, HPD400的分离条件为:上样液的pH为4.0,上样液速度为2 BV/h,最大吸附量为82.0 mg/g,依次用10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%和100%的乙醇溶液进行洗脱,结果20%的乙醇洗脱量最高, DPPH活性最高,收集20%乙醇洗脱液。
The separation of several macroporous resins from n-butanol extraction phase(GLCB) of fermentation broth of Ganoderma lucidum was studied. Experimental results showed that the maximum adsorption amount was 82.0 mg/g at the velocity of flow 2 BV/h and pH 4.0, then eluted by the follows ethanol: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% and 100%, the de-absorption liquid of 20% ethanol was best for scavenging DPPH and was collected for purified further.
