Study on New Efficacy of Mussel Peptide

研究贻贝肽预防和辅助治疗类风湿性关节炎药效作用。采用完全弗氏佐剂和1 mg/mLⅡ型胶原分别构建急性和慢性类风湿性关节炎SD大鼠模型,后期分别用2.5μg/m L TNFα和1 mg/mLⅡ型胶原于同一位置加强免疫,通过定期对SD大鼠骨关节进行核磁共振扫描、血清类风湿因子水平ELISA检测、骨关节病理切片分析等,评价大鼠类风湿性关节炎等级,探讨贻贝肽对类风湿性关节炎的预防和辅助治疗作用。结果表明:贻贝肽能够缓解模型大鼠骨关节肿胀畸变及炎症发生,但个体差异较大且大鼠血清类风湿因子水平变化无参考意义。贻贝肽能在一定程度上预防和辅助治疗类风湿性关节炎。

To study the efficacy of mussel peptides in the prevention and adjunctive treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, SD rat model of acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis was constructed by complete Freund＇s adjuvant and 1 mg/mL type Ⅱ collagen. Then, the immunization was enhanced with 2.5 μg/mL TNF α and 1 mg/mL typeⅡcollagen in the same position respectively. The preventive and adjuvant therapeutic effects of mussel peptides on rheumatoid arthritis were evaluated by NMR scanning, serum rheumatoid factor level ELISA detection and pathological section analysis of bone joint. The results showed that mussel peptides can relieve the swelling and aberration of bone joint in the model rats, but there was large individual difference between each, and the change of serum rheumatoid factor level had no reference significance. Mussel peptides could prevent and administer rheumatoid arthritis to a certain extent.
