原子吸收光谱法测定洛南核桃中的微量元素 被引量:5

Determination of Trace Elements in Luonan Walnut by Flame Atomic Absorption Specteometry

摘要 以浓硝酸和高氯酸(浓硝酸︰高氯酸=4︰1,体积比)的混合体系对样品进行硝解,采用原子吸收光谱法测定洛南核桃中Ca、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mg六种微量元素的含量,为当地核桃的综合开发、推介提供了科学依据和理论参考。试验结果表明:核桃中六种微量元素含量大小的顺序为Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。相对标准偏差均小于3%,样品的加标回收率在96.62%~106.18%之间。该方法操作简单,测定结果令人满意。 The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 with a proportion of 4︰1(HNO3︰HCl, volume ratio), and the trace elements of Ca, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe and Mg in the walnut of Luonan areas were determined by flame atomic asorption spectrometry. It provided scientific basis and theoretical reference for the comprehensive development and promotion of local walnut resources. The experimental results show that the content order of these trace elements was Ca〉Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Mn〉Cu. The relative standard deviation was all less than 3%, and the recovery of the sample was between 96.62% and 106.18%. The atomic absorption spectrometry method had simple instrument and easy satisfactory results.
