HPLC法测定西藏特色保健食品藏王宝胶囊红景天苷的含量

Content Determination of Salidroside in Tibetan Health Food Zangwangbao Capsules Used HPLC Methods

建立藏王宝胶囊中红景天苷的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基键合硅胶为填料的Swell Chromplus C_(18) (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)为色谱柱,以0.02 mol/L乙酸钠溶液-甲醇(8︰2)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为220 nm。红景天苷在0.01～2.84μg浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,该方法的MDL为0.013 8μg/kg,精密度N为6组、RSD为1.01%;稳定性N为6组、RSD为1.09%;重复性N为6组、RSD为0.48%;加样回收率N为9组、RSD为2.14%,藏王宝胶囊中红景天苷的平均质量含量为0.005 4 mg/kg。方法稳定可靠,切实可行,操作简便,结果准确,可用于藏王宝胶囊的质量控制。

To establish the method to determine the content of salidroside in healthy food Zangwangbao capsules. HPLC was used with swell chromplus C（18）（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 m） as analysis column, 0.02 mol/L sodium acetate solution-methanol（8︰2） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. A good linear relationship for salidroside obtained over the range of 0.01-2.84 μg. The method of MDL was 0.013 8 g/kg. N and RSD of the precision of the method was 6 and 1.01%; N and RSD of stability was 6 and 1.09%; N and RSD of the repeatability was 6 and 0.48%; N and RSD of the average recovery was 9 and 2.14%. The average content of salidroside was 0.005 4 mg/kg in Zangwangbao capsules. The method was stable and reliable, with convenient operation and accurate, and it could be used for quality control of Zangwangbao capsules.
