浅谈进口俄罗斯热模锻压力机现场维修经验

A primary study on on-site maintenance experience of imported Russian hot die forging press

热模锻压力机可以完成叶片、转向节、齿轮、活塞、曲轴、连杆等零件的模锻成形工艺,广泛用于汽车、飞机、船舶等工业生产及制造,同时还在工程机械和国防工业的模锻生产过程中发挥着重要作用。该文结合笔者多年热模锻压力机的维修和现场管理经验,从热模锻压力机基本原理、常见故障及解决办法等方面探讨和初步研究俄罗斯热模锻压力机的维修经验。

A hot die forging press can be used for the direct die forging process of blades, knuckles, gears, pistons, crankshafts and connecting rods. It is not only wildly applied to industrial production and manufacturing but plays an important part in the die forging production of engineering machinery and defense industry. Based on the author＇s years of experience in maintenance and field management, the maintenance experience of Russian hot die forging press has been primarily explored and studied from the basic principles, common faults, and solutions.
