摘要
通过调研客户总体规划需求和生产线工序信息化的具体要求,基于设备自身配置的软件硬件,在满足现场自动化生产要求的前提下,设计出自动化设备布局图,对设备通讯方面布置双层控制网,以便同时满足设备通讯控制网络和信息通讯控制网络,实现整线设备信息化的上传和提取,不仅让生产人员直观地观察和了解整个自动化生产线的具体状态,也推动了无人自动化车间的发展。
Through the investigation of the customer's overall planning requirements and the specific require- ments of the production line process informatization, based on the software and hardware of the equipment itself, the automation equipment layout has been designed to meet the requirements of on-site automated production. A double-layer control network has been arranged for the equipment communication. Thus in this way, the equipment communication control network and information communication control network have been satisfied at the same time while the entire line of equipment information has been uploaded and ex- tracted. This not only allows the production personnel to visually observe and understand the specific status of the entire automated production line, but also promotes the development of unmanned automated work- shops.
