热冲压成形工艺设计技术研究

摘要 本文对热冲压成形(HotForming)工艺设计技术进行了研究,研究了热冲压成形的翻边工艺、拉深工艺、结构设计工艺、面特征工艺及弯曲圆角设计工艺,研究结果表明:合理的热冲压工艺设计对其热冲压成形性有重要影响,并决定冲压件的成形质量;热冲压成形工艺设计技术的应用,有效促进汽车轻量化技术的发展。 The design technology of hot stamping process has been studied in the text. The flanging process, drawing process, structure design technology, surface feature technology and bending fillet design technology have been studied. The results show that the reasonable hot stamping process design has an important influ- ence on the hot stamping formability, which determines the forming quality of the stamping parts; the appli- cation of hot stamping process design technology can effectively promote the development of lightweight tech- nology for automobile.
