Clinical characteristics and genetic analysis in two patients with congenital lipoid adrenal hyperplasia

先天性类脂质性肾上腺增生症（congenital lipoid adrenal hyperplasia，CLAH）最早于1957年由Prader及Siebenmann描述，是一种常染色体隐性遗传病，属于先天性肾上腺皮质增生症中的一种严重类型。其发病是由于编码类固醇生成急性调控蛋白（StAR）基因突变或编码胆固醇侧链裂解酶（P450scc）的CYPllAl基因突变所致。
