乡村振兴战略实施与农村职业教育发展的思考

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的重要战略部署,是提升农村收入水平,缩小城乡差距,建设美丽乡村的重要保障。要想实现乡村振兴,就必须注重乡村人才队伍建设,注重人力资本开发,强化农村职业教育。对农村职业教育进行改革是乡村振兴战略的重要前提,乡村振兴战略中农村职业教育大有可为。举措是:要坚持农村职业教育办学目的不动摇;统筹推进,实施农村职业教育分类指导;运用"互联网+"提升农村职业教育对乡村振兴的支持力度;加大资金投入,实施农村职业教育政府购买制度等,将乡村振兴战略推向纵深。

The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic plan put forward by the 19 th Session of National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and is an important guarantee for raising rural income levels, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and building beautiful countryside. To realize the revitalization of the countryside, more attentions must be payed to the construction of rural talents, the development of human capital, and strengthen rural vocational education. Starting from the relationship between rural revitalization and rural vocational education, it is clear that the reform of rural vocational education is an important prerequisite for the strategy of rural revitalization. The essay analyzes the importance of rural vocational education in the strategy of rural revitalization and proposes to insist on the purpose of running rural vocational education unshakeable; to promote and implement the classification guidance of rural vocational education; to use ＂Internet ＋＂ to enhance the support of rural vocational education for rural revitalization; to increase capital investment and implement the government purchase system for rural vocational education; to optimize the management services and create a number of high-quality vocational school leadership team and other initiatives to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
