职业教育的基本矛盾,就是学生学习收获需求与教师教学效果供给之间的矛盾。简言之,职业教育的基本矛盾即教与学之间的矛盾。基础性、全程性、支配性是职业教育基本矛盾的三大特点。职业教育基本矛盾主要包括内律型矛盾运动、外律型矛盾运动两种运动形态。
