经济发达地区职业教育校企合作政策进展及优化——以无锡市为例

On Evolution and Optimization Suggestion of School-enterprise Cooperation Policies of Vocational Education in China's Developed Areas——The Case of Wuxi City

职业教育的产教融合、校企合作之路离不开各级政府的政策支持。以新世纪以来地处经济发达地区的无锡市所出台的职业教育校企合作政策为研究对象,分析地方性职业教育校企合作政策发展的驱动因素,回顾无锡市职业教育校企合作政策演变发展的四个阶段,以及在政策作用下职业教育校企合作所取得的成果,提出需要围绕提升职业院校社会服务能力、充分调动企业的积极性、加快制定校企合作促进条例等方面进一步优化无锡市职业教育校企合作政策环境。

The integration of industry and education and the cooperation between universities and enterprises cannot be achieved without the policy support of governments at all levels. This thesis regards the university-enterprise cooperation policy in vocational education issued by Wuxi City located in the economically developed areas since the new century as the research object, analyzes the driving factors for the development of the local vocational education school-enterprise cooperation policy, reviews the four stages of evolution of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation policy in Wuxi City, and the outcome of vocational education university-enterprise cooperation under the policy impetus, and proposes that it is important improve vocational colleges＇ social service ability, fully arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises, speed up the formulation of school-enterprise cooperation promotion regulations, so as to further optimize the policy environment for vocational education university-enterprise cooperation in in Wuxi City.
