江苏现代职教体系建设“3+3”试点项目之望闻问切

Diagnosis on “3+3” Pilot Project of Construction of Modern Vocational Education System in Jiangsu Province

基于对江苏现代职教体系"3+3"试点项目的调研,围绕影响试点项目实施成效的项目管理、人才培养方案、转段升学方案、师资配备、教学实施5个维度,总结试点项目实施主要特点。通过对项目负责人的访谈及198名师生的座谈,透视试点项目建设亟待解决的问题,并从加强省级统筹、专业目录的编制、课程标准的研制、加强合作共建4个层面谋求提升试点项目培养质量的方法。

Based on the investigation of＂3＋3＂pilot project of modern vocational education system in Jiangsu Province, the main characteristics of the pilot project are summarized according to the five dimensions that affect the effectiveness of the pilot project. Through the interviews with project leaders as well as 198 teachers and students, the problems needed to be solved in the construction of the pilot projects are analyzed. Based on that, this paper, from four operational levels that are strengthening provincial overall planning, compiling professional catalogues, developing curriculum standards as well as strengthening cooperation and co-building, puts forward the ways to improve the quality of the training of pilot projects.
