摘要
现代学徒制的实施,不仅延伸了教与学的过程,也给高职院校学生管理工作带来了诸多变化。其中最为明显的是学生身份的改变带来管理的复杂化,学习场域的改变降低了学生管理的可控性以及环境改变可能导致管理的无序化。面对这些变化,高职院校学生管理在制度顶层设计、学校管理体系、企业管理制度以及教师管理方式等方面均存在一定的困境。从应然的角度看,现代学徒制要求学生管理工作的主体范围在扩大与外化,也要求学生管理工作与其双重身份相适应,还要求管理方式及内容应作动态调整。政府部门、高职院校、企业、教师等四个管理主体要做好政策供给、制度改革、制度应对及角色转变,进而建立现代学徒制背景下高职院校学生管理工作的新模式。
The implementation of modern apprenticeship not only extends the teaching and learning process, but also brings many changes to the vocational education model. The most obvious change is the impact on student management. The change of student identity has brought about a complication of management. Changes in the field of study have reduced the controllability of student management and changes in the environment may lead to the disorder of management. In the face of these changes, the current student management in higher vocational colleges has certain predicaments in institutional top-level design, school management system, enterprise management system, and teacher management methods. From a proper perspective, modern apprenticeship requires that the main scope of student management work is to expand and externalize, student management work is compatible with its dual identity, as well as management methods and contents should be dynamically adjusted. Therefore, four management bodies, including government departments, higher vocational colleges, companies and teachers, must do a good job of policy supply, system reform, system response, and role change, and then establish a new model for student management in higher vocational colleges under the modern apprenticeship system.
