摘要 在中等职业学校中开展专业技能测试工作,建立起市级层面有效的实训质量监控机制是提升教育教学质量的主要环节。济南市教育教学研究院职业教育研究部经过多年的实践和探索,初步构建了"双全部,双主体,普抽结合,虚实互补"的抽测模式,创新了技能抽测制度,较好地解决了全市专业技能抽测时受实训等条件限制的瓶颈,克服了"应赛现象",成为面向全体学生、全部专业技能达标的教学常规监测,有力地推动了专业建设和教育教学改革。 Carrying out the sampling test of professional skills in secondary vocational schools and establishing an effective monitoring mechanism for training quality at the municipal level are the main steps to improve the teaching quality of education. Through years of practice and exploration, the Vocational Education Research Department of Ji’nan Institute for Education and Teaching Research has initially formed the sample test pattern of "dual totality, dual subjects, combination of general investigation and spot check, Mixture of falsehood and reality", innovated the skill sampling test system, better solved the bottleneck that the sampling test for whole city professional skills is limited by the practical training, overcome"the competition-oriented phenomenon", become the all studentsoriented regular teaching monitoring with all standard professional skills, and vigorously promoted the specialty construction and the reform of education and teaching.
