摘要
以某国家示范性高职院校作为调查对象,从高职院校内部治理角度,把握高职学生评教现状,分析学生评教制度的利益相关者及其参与院校治理路径,提出通过利益相关者参与院校治理,建立科学的指标体系,加强评教过程管理,改善评教结果反馈,建立教师发展支持机制,改进高职学生评教制度。
Taking a national demonstrative higher vocational college as the research object, from the perspective of internal governance in higher vocational colleges, this paper understands the present situation of evaluation system of higher vocational college students, analyzes the stakeholders of students’ evaluation system and their pathway to participate in college governance, and puts forward to guide the stakeholders to participate in college governance, establish scientific index system, improve the management of education appraisal process, improve the feedback of education appraisal result, set up the supporting mechanism of teacher development, and improve the students’ assessment system for higher vocational education.
