摘要
开发新的饲料资源,提高饲料资源的利用率,是饲料行业所面临的重大挑战。酶制剂因高效、安全、环保,符合资源节约型社会的要求而受到高度重视。本文综述了饲用酶制剂在水产饲料中的研究应用现状,提出了酶制剂使用中的注意问题,展望了酶制剂在水产饲料中的应用前景。
It is a great challenge for the feed industry to explore new feedstuff resources and improve feed utilization. Conforming to the requirements of establishing a resource-saving society, enzymes are being given great importance for their high efficiency, security and environment-friend characteristics. This paper summarizes the research and application of enzymes in aquaculture feed, proposes some at- tentions in the use of enzyme preparations, and looks forward to the future of enzymes application in aquaculture feed.
