摘要
甲醇制烯烃工艺在运行过程中,产品气除低碳烃外,还副产少量油类物质,并与催化剂细粉在水系统循环过程中冷凝、沉积,导致污水汽提塔塔盘和再沸器结垢堵塞、污水汽提塔的压差不断升高、系统波动较大、反应进料波动及净化水的COD超标,通过技术改造、药剂洗涤等手段对以上问题展开了研究。
During the operation of methanol to olefin process,the product gas contains a small amount of byproduct oil-type substances that condenses and deposits together with fine powder in the circulation of water system,which leads to fouling and clogging in the sewage stripping tower tray and reboiler,causes pressure difference in the sewage stripping tower to increase,results in larger fluctuation for system and reaction feed,and causes COD value in purified water to exceed the standard. Solutions for these problems are studied by means of technical transformation and chemical scrubbing.
