矿渣-高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥复合体系抗氯离子渗透性研究

摘要 通过氯离子扩散系数、氯离子结合能力、MIP、XRD、TG-DSC、SEM研究了矿渣掺量对高贝利特硫铝酸盐复合体系抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并对机理进行了分析。结果表明:随着矿渣掺量的增加,复合体系的氯离子扩散系数先减小后增大,当矿渣掺量为20%时,氯离子扩散系数最低,为98.7×10^(-14) m^2/s;进一步研究发现,高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥促进了矿渣的火山灰反应,提高了CS-H凝胶的生成量,提高了氯离子的结合能力,降低了水化产物结构的孔隙率。 The chloride ion diffusion coefficient, chloride ion binding capacity, MIP,XRD, TG-DSC and SEM were used to study the effect of slag content on the resistance to chloride ion penetration of the high belite sulphoaluminate composite system. Permeability and mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of slag content,the chloride diffusion coeffi- cient of composite cement mortar decreased first and then increased. When the slag content was 20%,the lowest chloride ion dif- fusion coefficient was 98.7×10^(-14)m2/s. Further studies showed that high belite sulphoaluminate cement promoted the pozzolanie reac- tion of slag, increased the formation of CSH gel,improved the binding capacity of chloride ion and decreased the porosity of hy- drated product structure.
