摘要
以P·O52.5水泥和R·SAC42.5水泥为主要胶凝材料,研究了2种水泥配比、砂子级配、缓凝剂、络合剂、胶粉等对超早强修补砂浆凝结时间、抗折和抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度、收缩率的影响,确定了超早强修补砂浆的配比为:P·O52.5水泥16%、R·SAC42.5水泥39%、硅灰2%、级配砂39%、钢纤维4%,并外掺适量的缓凝剂、早强剂、消泡剂、减水剂、络合剂。
The P·O52.5 cement and R·SAC42.5 cement were used as the main cementing material. The influence factors on setting time,mechanical properties and drying shrinkage were studied. The proportion ratio of super early strength repair mortar was determined as follows: 16% P·O52.5 cement,39% R·SAC42.5 cement,2% silica fume,39% graded sand and 4% steel fiber. There were many kinds of admixtures with outside that included cement retarder, early strength agent, defoaming agent,water reducing a- gent,complexing agent,which should be added in right amount.
