摘要
为降低用于建筑节能的相变石蜡的使用温度和成本,以2种相变石蜡为基材,采用步冷曲线法分析确定了2种相变石蜡的最低共熔配比,利用DSC、FT-IR和加热-冷却试验,研究了二元低共熔相变石蜡的热物性、结构特征及蓄放热性能。结果表明,二元低共熔相变石蜡的最佳配比为78∶22,相变温度为18.7℃,较单一相变石蜡有所降低,相变潜热为119.2 J/g,介于2种石蜡之间,2种石蜡共混后没有发生化学反应,保持了良好的相变蓄热功能。
For decreasing the working temperature and cost of the phase change paraffin for building energy conservation,two phase change paraffins were chosen to prepare the binary entectic. Step-cooling curve method was conducted to determine the minimum eutectic ratio and the thermo-physical properties, structural characteristic and heat storage-release performance of the eu- tectic paraffin was examined by DSC and FT-IR technique and heat-cooling experiment. The results show that the mass ratio of the binary paraffin eutectic is 78/22. The phase change temperature of the paraffin eutectic is 18.7 ~C which is lower than both of the two single paraffin and the latent heat is measured to be llg.2J/g that between the two single paraffin. There were no chemi- cal reactions between these two paraffins when they were mixed together. The paraffin eutectic has good phase change thermal storage performance.
