摘要
利用人工骨料生产中排放的石粉配制生产泡沫混凝土,以减少环境污染,在玉树地震灾后重建期间进行了石粉泡沫混凝土试验研究。研究了发泡剂优选、石粉对泡沫混凝土性能影响、干密度与抗压强度和吸水率关系,提出了石粉泡沫混凝土配合比,总结了石粉配制泡沫混凝土的基本方法。研究成果在玉树重建中成功应用,解决了当时屋面保温材料缺乏的问题,达到了节能减排和降低成本的效果。
In order to make foamed concrete by using the harmful stone powder discharged in artificial aggregate production to reduce the environmental pollution,the test study of stone powder foamed concrete was carried out during the reconstruction of Yushu after earthquake. This paper discusses the optimization of foaming agent,the effect of stone powder on the performance of foamed concrete,the relationship between dry density and compressive strength and water absorption rate,puts forward the mixing ratio of stone powder foamed concrete,and summarizes the basic method of making foamed concrete by stone powder. The research results were successfully applied in the reconstruction of Yushu,whieh solved the shortage of roof insulation materials at that time, achieved the effect of energy saving, emission reduction and cost reduction.
