摘要
利用生石灰、磨细江砂、江砂和工业污泥为原料,研究生产MU15级蒸压灰砂砖的配合比和最佳成型压力。结果表明:原料的配比为m(生石灰):m(磨细江砂):m(江砂):m(工业污泥)=25:15:45:15,成型压力为17 MPa;同时蒸压工艺采用:升温2 h、恒温6 h、自然降温3 h、蒸压温度180℃、蒸压压力接近1 MPa,所制备的蒸压灰砂砖抗折强度平均可达到3.9 MPa,抗压强度平均可达到17.4 MPa,其性能符合GB 11945—1999《蒸压灰砂砖》中MU15级蒸压灰砂砖的强度要求。
In this paper, using lime,ground river sand,river sand,and industrial sludge as raw materials,we explore the mix- ture ratio and the best molding pressure to produce autoclaved lime sand brick of MU15. Research shows that,the mass ratio of raw materials is lime:ground river sand:river sand: industrial slndge=25:15:45:lS,molding pressure is 17 MPa and autoclave technol- ogy adopt: temperature rise 2 h, constant temperature 6 h, natural cooling down 3 h, autoclave temperature 180℃, autoclave pressure close to 1 MPa. The average flexural strength and compressive strength of the prepared autoclaved sand-lime brick can reach 3.9 MPa and 17.4 MPa, respectively,whose performance is in line with MUl5-1evel autoclaved sand-lime brick strength requirements in standard "Autoclaved lime-sand brick" (GB 11945--1999).
