摘要
水泥水化热引起的混凝土温度裂缝问题在工程中不可小觑。以某工程地下室底板为例,采用midas Civil有限元软件对比分析了基准混凝土和掺入水化热抑制剂后大体积混凝土结构不同部位温度场、温度应力场的变化,提出采用水化热抑制剂可降低早期温度应力峰值,理论上可有效控制混凝土早期温度裂缝。
The problem of temperature cracks caused by hydration heat of cement can not be underestimated in concrete structure. In this paper, the foundation slab of a project has been studied by the Midas Civil,the differences of the temperature and temperature stress have been obtained between the control concrete and the concrete with hydration heat inhibitor. On the ba- sis of analysis,the conclusion eould been drawn that hydrated heat controlling agent eould reduce the early temperature stress peak and control the early concrete temperature crack effectively from theoretical point of view.
