This paper introduces a new method of calibrating a watt-hour meter. The equipment includes a single board microcomputer for checking a time division multier and an analog to digital converter to obtain the electrical energy standard. The hardware design and software programming are discussed in detail. The Precision of this equipment & the accuracy of its calibration are also analysed.
